I like that I don't have to explain how I want my hair cut every time... it prints out. (this rating is for the new guy that did the cut). I have NEVER had a buzz cut, and before I knew it, the barber is running the clippers across the top of my head, when everyone else has cut the top using scissors. I know that a majority of the haircuts at Great Clips are military buzz cuts and the goal is faster the cut, the more heads to cut. But maybe you should slow down on the haircuts, maybe ask questions between steps.
