- JWJeremy WattsOct 3, 20251.0I had a terrible experience at the Sephora inside Kohl’s in West Ashley. I went in to return some shampoo and perfume and the woman working the return counter could not have been more standoffish. She stood there with her arms crossed the whole time, like I was bothering her just for asking for help. I didn’t have my receipt, so I asked her to look it up on my card. The first time she scanned it, she told me one of the items wasn’t there. I asked her to re-scan it, and sure enough it showed up. Instead of acknowledging that, she just continued acting like I was an inconvenience. I’ve been a good customer here, but this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I left feeling completely unappreciated and unwelcome. I would not recommend going to this location.
