She’s patient, professional, and always does an amazing job cutting my son’s hair. He feels comfortable with her, and she’s the main reason we come back to this location. She truly deserves five stars for her skill and kindness. Unfortunately, the same can’t be said for the staff member who seems to act “in charge.” On more than one occasion, we’ve experienced rude or dismissive behavior that makes visiting here frustrating. Once, we checked in online with a 90-minute wait, came back after an hour (still with about 30 minutes left), and were told our names had been taken off the list because it was “too long.” We ended up leaving without a haircut. This most recent visit was even more disappointing. There was no wait time and no other customers, yet we were told we couldn’t request Emerald—even though she was available and my son only feels comfortable with her. The excuse given was, "we could NOT request to wait for a specific stylist because it was Sunday.". This is despite there be no one else waiting and 0 wait time on the check in list. When we explained that we’d either have Emerald cut his hair or we’d leave, we were met with attitude instead of understanding. I really hope management takes a look at this, because Emerald deserves recognition for her excellent work, but the customer service from the person in charge really brings down the experience.

It's always been difficult to find a good stylist. It is Saturday. I arrived at this location and requested Jennifer. I was told that I cannot make a personal request for a stylist on the weekend. I asked if I could wait and just see if I happen to get her and I was told I could. Then I was told by another stylist that I could not do that and they had to take me off the list. They said this was per their general manager. I showed them on their website, specific to this salon, where it states that I can request and I can wait, but I might have to wait a little longer. Nowhere is it stated if that I cannot make a request on the weekend and that if I do I must be removed from the list. Also on their website it states that notes are made and that any stylist can cut the clients hair. That is absolutely untrue. Years back I came to these locations and different stylists never did the same cut twice. What a terrible experience.
