The stylist cut into the long hair on one side of my head. She also cut the back 2 inches up further than it was before she started. All she had to do was follow the line from the previous cut. This was not a fixable mistake due to the length and way my hair was cut. I found this issue when I returned to my vehicle and was trying to fix my hair. I pulled my hair tie out and I ended up with 2 handfulls of hair and more falling onto my shoulders and shirt. I was heading to the DMV to renew my license and was going to have to take a picture (this was the reason for getting the hair cut.) I went back into the salon and told them what had happened. They offered to fix it (which I appreciate but it was not fixable). They had to completely shave my head with no guard. I will not be returning to this salon.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
