All of the Great Clips in Myrtle Beach are owned by the same person and their policy is WE CHOOSE who does your haircut that YOU are paying for! You don't get to choose! The stylist cut into the long hair on one side of my head. She also cut the back 2 inches up further than it was before she started. All she had to do was follow the line from the previous cut. This was not a fixable mistake due to the length and way my hair was cut. I found this issue when I returned to my vehicle and was trying to fix my hair. I pulled my hair tie out and I ended up with 2 handfulls of hair and more falling onto my shoulders and shirt. I was heading to the DMV to renew my license and was going to have to take a picture (this was the reason for getting the hair cut.) I went back into the salon and told them what had happened. They offered to fix it (which I appreciate but it was not fixable). They had to completely shave my head with no guard. I will not be returning to this salon.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
