Neither employees working had on name tags. It’s not a difficult task or ask to be kind to customers, and it should be easy to do especially when the customer is being nice to you. The employee appeared unkempt, which is strange while working in the beauty industry.

Felt uncomfortable. One of the ladies seemed like she didn’t want to help. Also, not a lot of people of color work here.
