- NPNANCY ProsserMar 26, 20261.0I had an important event and scheduled a blow out almost two weeks ahead. One Hour before the appointment, I got a notification that my stylist, Morgan called out and was not available. I called the salon to see if ANYONE there could do my simple wash and blowout.. The salon was EMPTY, , but the person at the desk said they were all expecting appointments and couldn’t help me. My day was ruined. If a person books an appointment 2 weeks in advance, the salon should work with them. I even asked if the could just style my hair with no washing, but apparently they had better things to do than give customer service. I guess Tik Tok is too important. When I walked by an hour later, they had no customers. I am beyond disappointed with the lack of compassionate and service. This is unacceptable.
