- SSShellyJan 30, 20261.0The girls working at this Sephora location today need a serious crash course in customer service and could probably use a life lesson regarding vanity as well. They did not greet a single customer, including myself. Instead, they continued to look at themselves in the mirror while trying on the products. They had plenty of time to greet customers and approach them. I observed this behavior for approximately 25 minutes. Needless to say, I will never be returning.
- JLJosh LoughmanJan 11, 20261.0I have come to this location multiple times. I come in by myself and I have never been greeted or asked if I needed any help. When another customer enters a little bit later that customer gets greeted and asked if they need any help. I'm not sure why I have been avoided every time I enter. The shelves are always very bare and sparse and some of the testers were broken and unclean. I will not be returning to this store anytime soon.

Lisa and Carmen helped me and I couldn’t have been happier with the service I got! They showed me products, invited me to try products and helped me find the correct shades to match my skin tone. You really don’t get this kind of service too many places these days. Carmen even sent me home with a couple of samples so I could try the foundation before I bought it. Excellent A+ service.
