  Only get massages when I’m sore… the way they downpack the deep tissue massage is out of this world… got almost ALL the kinks out..🙌🏾😮‍💨🥹 I love this place and will be a customer for as long as a can.

  My wife and I got a couples massage and it was so amazing the mood was set, they used hot stones which was a lovely surprise, the oils were warm and the massage felt great it’s a Beautiful and clean place and the staff was also very friendly and respectful, I had a male therapist and was a bit on the edge at first as this was a first for me but he politely stepped out when it was time to flip over as he should and didn’t cross any boundaries whatsoever, my wife also left feeling amazing and had a lovely experience as well. They even give you a form to fill out as too which areas you’d like them to work on. I’d definitely go back!!

  My first time at Emerald and I will be back! Nana gave me the best deep tissue massage I've ever had in my entire life! I sit at a computer all day and I've had a lot of neck and shoulder pain. It feels like she massaged every knot out of my muscles! Thank you NaNa! I'll see you in a few weeks!

  If you are looking for a couples massage, please take these one star reviews seriously. Unfortunately, we had a similar experience, and it was very disappointing. We were gifted money for a massage. This was our first couples massage. The massage was incredibly painful to the point of tears. I thought I was just really tense and blamed myself. My face was pressed down because the massage was so intense. It was far from relaxing. Afterwards, my husband said the same thing, and he thought it was just him too. We knew we could not communicate because of the language barrier which was frustrating. There was no conversation beforehand. It just started. I was assigned a male and my husband a female. I was not comfortable with a male and wish I would've said something, but more importantly, I wish they would've said something beforehand. I was exposed far more than I should've been. At one point, the man held my arms behind my back. If you've experienced any type of abuse, this is very triggering and was for me!! We also experienced gum chewing and yawning. After we were finished, we were told the promotion under which we booked had ended, and we were charged $20 more because they used hot stones and oils. I had hot stones for no more than 5 minutes of my massage. The hardest part was we simply could not communicate with the employees. It was a very disappointing experience in which we left in more pain than when we arrived and we're charged differently than what we were told over the phone, and we could not communicate with them. We will not be returning and advise others, especially if they are considering a couples massage to either ask questions to know upfront (if you can find someone to answer them) or simply look elsewhere!

  This was truly the best massage I’ve ever experienced. The therapist Jenny was incredibly skilled and attentive, adjusting the pressure perfectly and focusing on every area that needed attention. I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and renewed. Worth every minute and every dollar! I will definitely return and bring my husband.
