Then several people came in behind us. I watched the list get longer as people checked in online. The wait went up to 123 minutes at one point. The check irony phone said we were next for 30 mins. I watched people go ahead of us as we were next ontge list & they had not been wanting long. I know winter break is over for the kids but I only seen 2 kids getting cuts. This waiting list is BULLSHIT. I know people check in on line too but atleast 2 & maybe 3 people went ahead of us that came in after us & we were at the top of the list. Also why do they only have 3 people working when they are busy. They should call in a couple more. I never seen a manager helping out either

It took over 25 minutes drive off hwy 11 cause they told me to head that way after waiting a hour cause a girl maybe made the system go down while I was there then tell me I have to have cash after I’ve been waiting a hour and how the Manager or whoever handled the problem was so unprofessional. Ive been a loyal customer for years. I offer to pay the manager/whatever she is to cash app her to just go ahead pay when it came up she told me no but let two other customers do it.
