  My best friend and I visited this store yesterday evening to browse. Unfortunately, we were not greeted upon entering, which has been consistent with my previous experience here. I had already mentioned this to my friend beforehand. While in the store, we were continuously followed by staff and approached multiple times with offers of assistance. As someone with prior retail experience, I understand the difference between genuine customer service and feeling monitored, and this experience leaned heavily toward the latter. We ultimately chose to leave without making a purchase. Afterward, I contacted the store to share our concerns, but the manager’s response stating she was “sorry that we felt that way” came across as dismissive rather than addressing the issue. Due to this experience, I will not be returning.

  My friend and I went to browse for some new products. Unfortunately, we had a horrible experience. We were followed the entire time by multiple young ladies. Working in retail I know what the phrase. “Do you need any help?” means when asked multiple times. I did not appreciate it and I don’t recommend this store to anyone!

  Absolutely horrific experience early this morning. They had just opened so can’t imagine someone can be that miserable in life at the start of her shift. However, the larger female, African American with colored hair and nose ring yelled across from me not to barely open the flap to a lipstick box. I was checking it to ensure it was the correct item because unfortunately I wasted my time coming back to return a product that was in the wrong place and it’s not what I had intended on purchasing. She then continued to tell me “not to open box honey. Just look at the number on bottom” well no, when I have to drive 30 miles to return something that wasn’t stored adequately the first time I am going to simply open it and double check it’s right. I was about to buy many things today until my day was met with her. Try hiring some more class.

  I was assisted by an associate with curly hair and glasses. She wasn’t openly rude, but her demeanor felt slightly dismissive and not very helpful. I left feeling unsupported and underwhelmed by the service.

  I’ve had SO many great experiences at this location! When I was shopping for my wedding makeup the associates were so helpful. I wanted to shout out Kaila and Adrianna, the last two times I came they were so helpful and friendly! Kaila is very knowledgeable about fragrance and introduced me to some new scents. Adrianna helped me with eyebrow products and was so kind and personable. I’ve had nothing but great experiences here and will always direct people to shop here!
