  I’m a 40 year old who has been experiencing the WORST time with Makeup. Things I used to do no longer work, and after visiting Ulta and spending hundreds of dollars, I was left feeling hopeless. Jenessa spent over an hour with me, selecting the perfect foundation formula , color, and undertone along With skin care, caffeinated eye cream with safe ingredients, setting spray, setting powders, blush, and more! I literally sped home to try on my new arsenal, and literally cried it all off once I was done. It’s been entirely too long trying literally EVERYTHING under the sun just to not recognize the person staring back at me in the mirror 🥹 this is the first time that I have felt confident and can smile back at my own reflection, because I literally look like a younger version of ME and it has changed my confidence level in a massive way! I’m no longer dreading vendor events, and Large, corporate meetings, and now I wear make up every single day again, because I don’t end up looking like a stranger. Jenessa’s Empathy and unbelievable talent has made this corporate woman feel like an entire boss again, and I will be forever in her debt! 🥰 She didn’t try to sell me on the most expensive trendy items, she Completely listened to my concerns and went to work, eager to restore my confidence! To anybody who is struggling with the same issues that I was, I highly suggest that you let her work her magic on you too! Your life will look completely different, and I feel like if you look good, you feel great! Thank you again!!

  I purchased a Sephora brand eyeliner that was broken when I opened it. You could tell that it had not been used . The manager would not let me do an even exchange because it had been just over 2 months since the purchase. So silly. I will no longer shop at this store !! Customer service should be so much better , especially considering there is another cosmetics store nearby ! It's so obvious they don't even care about customers ! Terrible attitudes !
