Booked an appointment for my 12 year old, double checked up front that a wash and dry were included for all cuts (per their website) and I was informed a shampoo/condition was. I offered to pay more for a blow dry, but never received a yes or no, but not a big deal. The stylist was rude, cut off any type of direction on her hair cut, couldn’t understand the words curtain bang, said no it would take too long when asked about the shampooing, then proceeded to cut her hair dry. Basically told me to go sit down. Left with choppy layers (a literal shelf in the back) and the right side longer than the other. Brought it to her and the front desks attention but was told by the stylist that “there’s layers it’s not going to be even”. Never going back and do not recommend No idea the name of the stylist because I, nor my daughter, were ever told.

She was very rough, sprayed the water bottle in my face with my care , every time she combed through my hair she made a comment. Not only that but she complained about my hair being long and how I should take care of it, all because I had highlights in my hair. She ridiculed how I should take my hair as if I had the worst hair all I had was split ends (she cut 4 inches off which I didn’t mind) The highlights I am not in control of how it damaged my hair but now I am knowledgeable that’s was helpful. My head hurt from all the pulling she did with no care for me as a person. It was mean to say why do I want a kinky perm like black people. Gave me the idea this was a white salon. I am ashamed that I went through this and furthermore will never ever ever go back. The perm started at 103, a wash and cut about 40 but I was charged 165. I didn’t tip because she made me feel miserable about my hair and that it was the ugliest ever. I can’t wrap my hands around why a typist would complain so much, never have I been through this. As a Korean woman you should know everyone’s hair and textures are different
