  Shelley at Jcpenney Salon Coastal Mall Myrtle Beach Is An Awesome Stylist..I Have Before and Afters Pictures of My Hair That Are Absolutely Amazing! 💯 IF You Do Not Absolutely Love Your Stylist I Suggest You Go To SHELLEY! If She is Busy ALL The Other Stylist Are Good Also! I Am So Blessed To Have Found MY Stylist When I Moved To Myrtle Beach SC in 2024..Thank You Jcpenney Salon I Will Not Ever Color My Own Hair Again I Don't Need To Anymore! 🎉👍😎💜😍

  Absolute worst experience ever. Received a spiral hair perm that completely fell out in less than 2 weeks. Come to find out the stylist had not done a hair perm since she was in beauty school - 17 years ago - nope not one, mine was the first. Honestly, I could get over that if they would have fixed it, but not even close. The Salon Manager Wendy was absolutely rude would not do anything, then spoke to the GM (in person) who would not hear anything I had to say just that the Salon Manager already told me they were not going to do anything. Today I was going to file a complaint with the State Board of Cosmetology but needed the last name of the sylist and manager. I called the Salon and spoke with Salon Manager Wendy who hung up on me when I asked for the Stylist last name! Wow - that is some customer service! Know if you go here and have a problem - that is the service you will get! Per the reply below-I had called this number first and was told they can only help with online experiences.

  My mother made herself an appointment for a wash/set. The hairdresser was very pleasant to my mother and my mother was pleased with the way her hair looked (that day) however the set didn't stay in overnight and she ended going somewhere else within a couple of days. It is too expensive for no longer than it lasted.

  I recently moved here from upstate New York.. I scheduled an appointment with Lee for a perm.. She proceeded to tell me how bad my hair was, my hair was uneven and damaged.. Why is your hair so thin. I told her I have a thyroid condition could be why? My whole experience was her complaining about my hair not helping me try to fix it. Needless to I left there feeling terrible about myself. Why Would a person be little someone when you're there to make yourself feel better. I will never go back shame on you Lee.

  WARNING!!!!! IF YOU ARE NOT CACUSAN THE SALON AT COASTAL GRAND MALL IN MYRTLE BEACH S.C IS NOT FOR YOU!! I HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE DISCUSSED WITH A BUNCH OF UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE IN MY LIFE!!! MY FAMILY AND I ARE ONVACATION AND I WANTED TO GET MY HAIR DONE. WELL I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT EXPLAINED WHAT I WANTED AND WAS TOLD TO COME IN. UPON ARRIVAL I WAS ASKED HOW CAN I HELP YOU..... INSTANTLY THE WOMAN TURNED HER BACK TO ME AND STARTED TALKING TO HER CO WORKER WHILE I STOOD THERE. LONG STORY SHORT THREE DIFFERENT WOMAN TALKED TO ME LIKE I HAD NO IDEA ABOUT MY OWN HAIR. THAN TO TAKE IT EVEN FURTHER EVERYONE BECAME BOOKED FOR THE DAY..... AND ONE FOR FREE THEM TOLD ME SHE NEVER DID MY TYPE OF HAIR AND THEN TRIED TO CLEAN IT UP BY SAYING MY HAIR PERSONALLY.... THEN SHE ASKED ME DID I TRY ANOTHER SALON!!!! HOW DISRESPECTFUL CAN YOU BE!!! AND THEN THERE WAS NOT MANGER IN THAT LOCATION SO THEY CALL A STORE MANAGER TO SPEAK TO ME .... TO REALLY SAY NOTHING TO JUSTIFY THEIR BEHAVIOR!!!!! SO WITH THAT BEING SAID STAY CLEAR OF THIS SALON THERE WAS NOT ONE AFRICAN AMERICAN IN THERE BUT MY DAUGHTER AND I. AND BY THE WAY MY BEAUTICIAN AT HOME IS CAUCASIAN AND SHE DOES A GREAT JOB!!!! SO THANK YOU FOR THE HISTORY LESSON FOR MY DAUGHTER AT FIRST HAND TO LET HER KNOW THAT SHE SHOULD NEVER LET SOMEONE TREAT HER IN THAT MANNER EVER!!!!!!
