- RGRyan Garza5 days ago1.0Very very poor customer service. I arrived with 2 others ready to get a haircut, when we arrived the skinny woman with blond hair was gossiping with her co worker. She checked in our friend, gave him to another guy with glasses to cut his hair then continued to gossip with her co worker, leaving me and my other friend standing at the counter like fools . We stood waiting for about 10 minutes at the counter for someone to check us in, but the other Asian lady who was there was too busy reading a book. It was at that point we decided we would take out business elsewhere. I don’t know if this is because we are Latino and our friend was white was why they would not serve us , but I’m thinking it might have had something to do with it because it was not busy AT ALL and another guy (who was also white) got immediate service . Do not go to this place they seem very racist we will just go to the Dominican Barbers from now on, it’s a little more expensive but the customer service is top notch I guess the saying you get what you pay for is true was only going to this place for a very cheap haircut .

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
