The “ Stylist” Told me he could just wet my hair and not charge me for the shampoo. It was Christmas Eve so I had already planned to tip well. After a horrible haircut, He charged me for the shampoo and I had already slid a $20 bill across the counter for his tip. The back of my hair is chopped up, unbelievably (he didn’t even get the bottom wet) I had been to this shop once before requesting a different stylist and was told that wasn’t happening. The guy that cut my hair on Christmas Eve, explained to me that they wouldn’t let us do that there because only two stylist were getting business. Obviously, only two stylist that work there care about their customers. I would suggest that if they have two that can bring in business that they keep those two and get rid of the rest of the people that cannot accommodate the customers request. The person I wanted to cut my hair is on medical leave. She was good and would have kept my business. I would advise everyone to steer clear of this place!

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
