  My first two visits with Wendy for a root color and trim were fine. She carries the product line my previous stylist used. My daughter’s visit was nothing short of a disaster. My 18 year old went to Wendy for BLACK root touch-up. She had large dirty blond roots but the rest was BLACK. To the uneducated layperson black should be black. My daughter left the appt thinking it looked good (without the mirror to see) but After being in the sun, she noticed brown and blond highlights - not a nice black sheen. I called to get some insight and apparently my daughter asking for black turned into her getting dark brown. ??!! My old stylist (out of state) couldn’t believe the horrible job when I showed her pictures. I got a whole knowledge via text about blue/black, color theory and level 3 is dark brown ash, is not black. Wendy offered to fix the issue.. my daughter arrived - Wendy was late (she called about some issue and being late) barely spoke to my daughter except to direct her to where to sit. SHE APPLIED THE COLOR WITH HER HANDS, NOT a color brush. She didn’t brush it through to saturate from the roots to the ends. She didn’t fix the problem because she didn’t understand the problem. I am not a professional - but I have worked with professional stylists through my adulthood. I had someone I implicitly trusted but moving out of state required me to start new. Wendy did outreach after the second visit to follow up, and I had to ignore her because I was furious. First your job as a professional is to fix the job to make the customer happy - YOU DO NOT GET TO LET YOUR ATTITUDE SHOW REGARDLESS OF THE PERSONS AGE - you ignored my daughter and treated her poorly because of your lack of knowledge and ability to color hair correctly. For that I will write off the price I paid and seek a professional stylist who can accomplish the job correctly.

  Exceptionally clean salon. Hair cut & low/highlights (with correction done d/t miscommunication). Despite the snafu, 100% enjoyed the conversation and my cut is great. Color viable despite miscommunication between myself& Shonna because we were having a great conversation. Be very clear re: on type & amount of high or low lights no matter where you get your hair done. Definitely recommend Infinite Cuts!!. Prices are pretty much equal to other salons in the area, nothing is cheap these days. Cut, low-lights, highlights, shampoo & blow out $170 which really is in line with the three other salons I have used in the area.

  The ladies here are fantastic!!! I had to be rescheduled from another salon today and they fit me in and Shonna did a fantastic job on my hair :) highly recommend!!!

  I came here for a haircut while I was on vacation. Wendy was very friendly and did an amazing job taking about a foot off my hair. It looks great, and she doesn't charge an arm or leg. Highly recommend!
