  I’ve been seeing Connor at The NOW for a few months now, and I truly can’t say enough good things. I’m a high-anxiety personality and it’s very hard for me to relax or get out of my head. I also have a background in massage therapy and work as a PT, so I’m extremely particular about who puts their hands on me. Connor is the first massage therapist I’ve seen in years who can consistently get me completely relaxed — I’ve even fallen asleep during sessions, which never happens for me! I always leave feeling lighter, calmer, and physically amazing. If you’re looking for someone skilled, intuitive, and genuinely gifted, I highly recommend him.

  CJ is wonderful massage therapist. Very skilled, and knowledgeable. He's technique is top notch. Feeling so much pain relief after my last appointment.

  I received a gift certificate for The NOW. October was my first massage. When I went, they encouraged me to do the "membership"--telling me that I could get 3 massages on my gift card. They told me there was no membership fee, that I could cancel anytime, and that there were no obligations with it. (Hindsight, I should have known better. But this is what was sold to me--also I did specifically ask about membership fees and told them I did not want to be a "member" if I had to pay a fee). So, from what they explained to me, I thought this would be good since I was only planning to utilize the service once a month until my gift card ran out. So, I signed up for it. In November, I got my second massage. In December, I got my 3rd massage and spoke with the ladies up front and everything was good to pay for on my gift card. I did not schedule a 4th massage for the next month as my gift card had run out. Then, on 12/30/2025, I was charged a $90 membership fee (note that this same membership fee was NOT charged to me in October or November). I called the place right away. The front desk lady was nice enough and looked into this for me...after speaking with her manager, they decided that they would not refund this membership fee. So, I have now put in a dispute with my credit card. I am very disappointed with the misrepresentation of what their membership actually means. So, just be aware, that they charge a $90 monthly membership fee, plus you still have to pay for a $90 massage...so really, I paid $180 for one massage per month. The massage therapist Tina was pleasant and kind. The massage was good. However, I will not be going back to The NOW because of their misrepresentation on what their membership actually means.

  The ambience is awesome as was the massage. CJ is awesome!!! Definitely will be visiting again soon!!
