  worst service I’ve ever had. I have never been so humiliated by the woman who accused me of stealing after I have been bringing my mother in law for haircuts for years . She discriminated against me and accused me of stealing in front of all her staff and other customers. I know the cameras would prove 100% I did not take anything. I had already left the salon and headed to the car with my mother in law when my boyfriend was paying for her haircut. She sent my boyfriend out to get me and to get me to return the hair product. I have never been so embarrassed. This was defamation of character and discrimination. Check your cameras . I can tell you the date and time we were at the salon . I have contacted Corporate and this was the most unprofessional staff I have ever been questioned and accused over and over. When I came back inside after she accused me, I lifted my shirt and I had a vape in the side of my pants. I know people steal and it happens but she got this time COMPLETELY WRONG. And honestly I should have stayed and told her to call the police or call the police myself since she wanted to go there.

  Worst Custumer Servive I HAVE EVER deal with , today at 1:30PM I called to get some information about a stylish and the person who answered teh phone didnt want to giove me a detail information about a service , She was very RUDE and hung the phone to me twice , also she blocked my phone number , so I CAN'T CALL to teh store anymore. I hope the Regional Manager / Ownwer finds out which employee did this . Extremely rude and unaceptable behaivor.

  Never, Ever ,Ever again!!!. i said no more than 2 inches bc i was undecided what direction i was going with my style, whether to keep it long or cut it off.. the stylist said "ohh im NOT going to even take off that much im thinking about 1 inch and what about soft layers? i can put in some layers that will blends right i .. i said okay BUT I DO NOT want choppy layers! Dont have me looking crazy! ..Famous last words.. There was just 3 Stylists and me.. so there were no one else waiting, my hair length WAS about mid shoulder and my cut no more took the stylist no more than 7-8 mins!! ONLY 7-8 minutes!! That shows how much effort to do a decent job was put into making my hair "not look crazy" Let me not forget the BORED stylist next door who randomly interupted my cut to chit chat to my stylist asking about what people they knew incommon.. what was worse my stylist who supposedly is a 30 year vet in the industry ACTUALLY STOPPED CUTTING MY HAIR TO TALK TO HER!!..after about 90 seconds resumes cutting and still 8carrying in her convo with the girl next door..Where is the professionalism?? The end result..My hair absolutely DOEST NOT have light well blended layers, no subtle transition from the sides to the back.. i look like Joe Dirt.. a choppy bowl cut with a friggin Mullet..Ohh and i have naturally curly/wavy hair imagine what a hot mess this will look like if i wanted to wear it naturally. Im Soo Pissed i have to go to work looking like this until i can find someone to fix that can work the chopped up mess that is my hair.
