- KCKristin CecceApr 4, 20261.0I truly hate leaving 1 star reviews but felt I needed to. I took my 8 and 9 year old for haircuts. I told them what both kids were looking for. My son's hair was fine but his face/ears/neck/ clothes were COVERED in hair. He said there was not even an offer to clean him up. I've never seen that much hair after a cut and he was incredibly itchy after, more than usual. My daughter I asked for about 4 inches off, then thinned out a bit and cleaning up the bangs. The stylists just wet her ends and trimmed maybe 2-3 inches off. However her hair was wavy that day so it is not even, and she didn't touch anything else as she had said she would. When they got the kids in their seats they told me I had to go back and sit in the lobby. I shouldn't have. Took them less than 5 minutes and now I have to go somewhere else to get my daughters hair fixed. Waste of 40 dollars, and now I get to go somewhere else and pay another 30 to get her hair done right. We won't be back.

The large hawk nosed manager interrupted my cut with a comment about the deposit the next day.. when I went to pay the manager was whispering to another employee. My cut was compromised. The large hawk nosed woman eluded to the fact that her name and my cutters name were the same. Reminded my girl she was off tomorrow. Had to repair the cut with a mictblade.Have lotsa long missed hair on what was supposed to be a blocked cut.just to weird! Will NEVER go back!

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
