My problem is that i paid for the haircut, and when I requested a receipt, the system had apparently glitched and was unable to be printed. So, the staff reported that it hadn't gone through, and I was asked to pay again, this time with a receipt provided. However, a day later, both charges showed up on my bank statement, and when I brought this to the attention of the salon personnel, they needed to call a supervisor for assistance. Then I was basically told that I needed to report it to my bank for action when I even offered to merely take a card for another haircut to avoid a dispute/fraud investigation. Now, after the dispute inevitably goes through, I will likely not feel comfortable going back to them. Such a disappointment.

I couldn’t be happier. checked in online and when I got there, I may be was sitting down 3 to 5 minutes. Max wasn’t very long. I think total time I was in there 20 minutes tops, fast efficient, and on point.
