- KCKayla CarrilloMar 24, 20261.0Terrible place took my 2 daughters there to get their hair done for the military ball. 1 got a hair cut while the other got a french braid. As soon as we left the parking lot her french braid was already coming undone. I called back and they offered to redo it which cost the girls to be behind on getting ready while I agreed at first but then soon regretted it. Once back at the salon they was calling people back and we had to wait about 20 minutes before they even knowledge us then the lady called my daughter back only for my daughter to change her mind which was totally her right since they obviously dont know how to do a french braid what she wanted only for the hair stylist to charge me more honestly they should have redid her hair and not charge me anything extra for their mistake a simple I dont know how to braid and my daughter would have choose something else besides agreeing and ending up a disaster and charging me double needlessly to say I wont be back and would never recommend this place to anybody else

Asked for w-4" off, the man discussed it several times saying he didnt want to cut too short, I show him visually with my fingers, he shows me with his. Then he cuts 5"" and again 4" then needs to tidy it up! Almost waist long, now at top of shoulders! Not happy, complained. They cant give hair back so i think a gift card for a different stylist or location, they say no, they cant track that instead offer me a refund and 3 sm packs of heat treatment. The fact that the owner couldn't deal with this and the mgr doesnt have authorization to give a gift card on a butchered mess is ridiculous. Mgr did try, im not mad at her...but how much is wrecking someone's hair, probably 2 or 3 years to grow back atleast. But this is all you could do. Yeah, not good. This owner needs some training from Corp. Coupons, gift cards, anything else would have atleast smoothed it over!

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
