When she looked us up, she went over the notes to confirm what we were wanting done for my son’s haircut. She took him to his seat and started on his haircut, but not before talking with him about his evening. Throughout their conversation, she was discussing all of my son’s favorite things and characters, and the conversation flowed! Good, genuine conversation. Annette engaged in the conversation too. It’s so refreshing to walk into an establishment (even close to closing time) and get good, sincere customer service from everyone. Their personalities are fun and contagious, and their professionalism and good work is why we will continue to come here. Thank you ladies for being who you are and making this experience so enjoyable!
