It was OK kind of but they wouldn't take the extra inch off at first like I asked, trying to explain it would shrink when it dries, which I understand know but still asked for another inch off. Plus I wasn't really all that wet. And after they cut the extra inch off they didn't even offer me the mirror to look. (Looking at it, it doesn't seem hy really cut another inch off at all.) I had also asked about getting something similar to a wolf cut but for my thinner/finer hair. I wanted to add some volume to it an hy kind of dismissed it and just trimmed my hair, something I could have just done myself at home. Was not worth the $19's let alone a $5 tip I really didn't want to leave but felt anxious after they asked about a tip. Instead of leaving confident and happy with a fresh new haircut I left a bit anxious, sad, and questioning what I wanted. I'm sorry but I don't think I'll be back o this one. 😥

I went in to get simple face framing & layers and she didnt blend my layers, one side is uneven from the other and the shocker is I DIDNT EVEN GET THE LAYERS. All she did was "face frame" but she left my dead ends and left my right side shorter.
