The girl did not even scrub my scalp then she barely even brushed out my hair. I did not let her cut my hair because it was obvious she didn’t even know how to wash it. Needless to say, I will not be patronizing the store again.

Bad trim, took off at least 6" (hair wasn't that damaged), not equal on both sides (around the face), now I have strange side wisps, and tried to charge me for a haircut AND bang trim. She said the $9.99 coupon was for $9.99 off, not $9.99 total, like the coupon said. I can see why this location has a high turnover rate and why not many women seem to go there. Will go to a different place next time. Thankfully hair grows out, I can use hair clips to hold the new wonky wisps in place, and there are plenty of other Great Clips locations. At least the bangs look better. Once my hair grows long enough, I'll get it done somewhere else. Trying to fix it now will only make it worse.
