- AJAva JonesDec 21, 20244.0The store itself is great, however one of the workers there (not sure of her name) was extremely rude. I’ve started to just order online from there because it’s the only one near me, and I would rather not deal with that particular worker. Every time I go in there she’s always giving judgy eyes and looking at me like i don’t belong there. When she checks me out she has made little remarks that were rude and the tone in her voice is not welcoming at all. She seemed like she hated her job and would rather be anywhere else but there.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
What is the return policy at SalonCentric?
Store purchases can be returned with a valid receipt. Returns for online orders under $150 can be made within 90 days with the packing slip. Electrical items and shears must be returned within 60 days with original proofs, refunded as gift cards.
