- BDBecca Daye1 day ago4.0Overall, my experience at Woodhouse was lovely, and I enjoyed my time there greatly. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with me, as I have never been to a spa before. I did some more research after my appointments, and I just worry that the price wasn't quite worth the results and that it ended up greatly exceeding the quote when I booked online. I did not receive all the complimentary benefits and was constantly presented with upcharges that were not always disclosed as such when offered. I tried to take advantage of current deals/promotions, and I can honestly say that I wish I had refrained. It didn't feel worth what I paid, especially after reviewing my receipt and noticing that a few additional charges weren't disclosed when presented or when I asked whether what was being offered was complimentary. In all honesty, I could've been a better advocate for myself in this situation, but I just wanted to see what this kind of experience entailed, as it was completely new to me. I'm still very glad I went, but it wasn't entirely what I had expected.

My complexion is clearer, brighter, and has an overall improved appearance even days after receiving treatment. All staff are friendly and professional. Facilities are clean, complete with a nice locker room and waiting room. The complimentary snacks and drinks are a surprisingly pleasant bonus. It is easy to book online and find appointments as well. I would recommend highly recommend this spa, and I plan to return in the future myself.

From being able to use the spa bathroom amenities and access to the relaxation room before and after to being offered drinks and snacks it is just a truly wonderful experience. I can tell Tierra follows the clients lead when it comes to chatting during your appointment. She’s a great conversationalist when you want to chat but also respectful to anyone who may want to receive their service in silence. She also does fantastic work! I will absolutely be back!

Spa Reservations
To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your spa experience with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last experience. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card is requested to guarantee these reservations. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Credit cards are required to reserve all appointments, including those using gift cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Spa Arrivals
To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For a new guest, please allow 30 minutes to accommodate completion of your guest profile. Spa robes, slippers, private lockers and beverages are provided for your comfort. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications). We recommend that valuable items be left at home. Woodhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Spa Cancellations or Rescheduling
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation prior to your arrival. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule reservations, a 24-hour advance notice is required. A 48-hour advance notice is required for any spa packages and multiple treatments lasting more than 2 hours. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule reservations are subject to charges up to full service value. All no show reservations will be assessed a charge at full value of services plus gratuity. Spa Parties are subject to terms of agreement for cancellations.
Spa Requirements
Minors (guests between the age of fifteen and seventeen – unless otherwise emancipated) may only receive Woodhouse Spa services following written parental/legal guardian consent and must have a parent/legal guardian present at the spa or present during the entirety of the performed service(s).
Additionally, Woodhouse Spa will not perform any spa service(s) on anyone under the age of 15 and reserves the right to limit and/or prohibit services for underage guests. Children are not prohibited at the spa. Please review the following specific age restrictions for Woodhouse Spa Greenville:
Massage: Guests must be 18+ for a solo massage. Guests 15+ may receive a massage in a Duet Massage Room with a parent/guardian receiving a massage at the same time or present in the treatment room. The spa hospitality team must be informed at the time of reservation to arrange proper accommodations.
Body Treatment: Guests must be 18+ for all Body Treatments.
Ritual: Guests must be 18+ for all Rituals.
Facial: Guests must be 18+ for a facial independently. Guests 15+ may receive a facial if a parent/guardian is present with them at a spa (re: in another service or in the relaxation room). The parent/guardian must check in with the minor and stay at the spa for the duration of the minor's service.
Wax: Guests must be 18+ for all Wax services.
Nails: Guests must be 15+ for independent Nail services. Guests 12+ may receive a nail service if a parent/guardian is present with them at a spa (re: in another service or in the relaxation room). Guests under the age of 12 may receive a nail service if a parent/guardian is present in the same service room.
Unless the parent or guardian of a minor, any guests who does not have a scheduled spa treatment is not permitted in relaxation areas or locker rooms.
Alcohol: Guests under the age of 21 are not permitted to access the mimosa bar even with parent consent. We have the right to card guests or prohibit alcohol consumption. Woodhouse Day Spa does not permit any outside food or beverage.
Spa Payments, Gratuity, and Gift Cards
Payments are accepted in the form of Cash, most Major Credit Cards and Woodhouse Spa Gift Cards.Woodhouse gift card contains value which may be used to purchase products and services at face value. This card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The card must be presented at time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. Prices vary by spa and are subject to change without notice. Spa locations are individually owned franchises solely responsible for any and all gift card liabilities at their respective locations. Redemption of this card is subject to certain restrictions and expirations set by each spa location or state regulation. Should this card be redeemed at another location, the card will be redeemed at face value. This card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the card. This card is not transferable and Woodhouse is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of the card. No express or implied warranties apply. Series of services are not refundable, but can be converted to spa credit. There will be a $50.00 fee each time a check is returned as well as any incurred charges for collection of payment owed. Gratuities are not included in the value of the services and are at the discretion of the guest.
Spa Products and Returns
Any unused merchandise, clothing or products purchased in the boutique may be returned for store credit within 30-days of purchase. Products exceeding 30-days of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.
