I went in today and had Jerry for my massage. He was amazing. I definitely would recommend him. This was my first time getting a massage with the hot stones - LOVED IT. I had Emily for my facial. She was amazing! Here is a photo of the charcuterie tray that I had while relaxing in the Magnolia Room (which smells like lavender bliss).

I loved the relaxing session at the beginning with the heavy robe, mimosa, charcuterie and quiet music. Jenna was excellent while giving me my massage. She was very attentive to my comfort in all areas of the experience. Taylor gave me a wonderful professional facial. I experienced many new treatments and enjoyed all of them. I would splurge again for some special me time with lots of pampering.

Spa Reservations
To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your spa experience with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last experience. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card is requested to guarantee these reservations. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Credit cards are required to reserve all appointments, including those using gift cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Spa Arrivals
To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For a new guest, please allow 30 minutes to accommodate completion of your guest profile. Spa robes, slippers, private lockers and beverages are provided for your comfort. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications). We recommend that valuable items be left at home. Woodhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Spa Cancellations or Rescheduling
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation prior to your arrival. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule reservations, a 24-hour advance notice is required. A 48-hour advance notice is required for any spa packages and multiple treatments lasting more than 2 hours. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule reservations are subject to charges up to full service value. All no show reservations will be assessed a charge at full value of services plus gratuity. Spa Parties are subject to terms of agreement for cancellations.
Spa Requirements
Minors (guests between the age of fifteen and seventeen – unless otherwise emancipated) may only receive Woodhouse Spa services following written parental/legal guardian consent and must have a parent/legal guardian present at the spa or present during the entirety of the performed service(s).
Additionally, Woodhouse Spa will not perform any spa service(s) on anyone under the age of 15 and reserves the right to limit and/or prohibit services for underage guests. Children are not prohibited at the spa. Please review the following specific age restrictions for Woodhouse Spa Greenville:
Massage: Guests must be 18+ for a solo massage. Guests 15+ may receive a massage in a Duet Massage Room with a parent/guardian receiving a massage at the same time or present in the treatment room. The spa hospitality team must be informed at the time of reservation to arrange proper accommodations.
Body Treatment: Guests must be 18+ for all Body Treatments.
Ritual: Guests must be 18+ for all Rituals.
Facial: Guests must be 18+ for a facial independently. Guests 15+ may receive a facial if a parent/guardian is present with them at a spa (re: in another service or in the relaxation room). The parent/guardian must check in with the minor and stay at the spa for the duration of the minor's service.
Wax: Guests must be 18+ for all Wax services.
Nails: Guests must be 15+ for independent Nail services. Guests 12+ may receive a nail service if a parent/guardian is present with them at a spa (re: in another service or in the relaxation room). Guests under the age of 12 may receive a nail service if a parent/guardian is present in the same service room.
Unless the parent or guardian of a minor, any guests who does not have a scheduled spa treatment is not permitted in relaxation areas or locker rooms.
Alcohol: Guests under the age of 21 are not permitted to access the mimosa bar even with parent consent. We have the right to card guests or prohibit alcohol consumption. Woodhouse Day Spa does not permit any outside food or beverage.
Spa Payments, Gratuity, and Gift Cards
Payments are accepted in the form of Cash, most Major Credit Cards and Woodhouse Spa Gift Cards.Woodhouse gift card contains value which may be used to purchase products and services at face value. This card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The card must be presented at time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. Prices vary by spa and are subject to change without notice. Spa locations are individually owned franchises solely responsible for any and all gift card liabilities at their respective locations. Redemption of this card is subject to certain restrictions and expirations set by each spa location or state regulation. Should this card be redeemed at another location, the card will be redeemed at face value. This card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the card. This card is not transferable and Woodhouse is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of the card. No express or implied warranties apply. Series of services are not refundable, but can be converted to spa credit. There will be a $50.00 fee each time a check is returned as well as any incurred charges for collection of payment owed. Gratuities are not included in the value of the services and are at the discretion of the guest.
Spa Products and Returns
Any unused merchandise, clothing or products purchased in the boutique may be returned for store credit within 30-days of purchase. Products exceeding 30-days of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.
