I was able to take care of everything over the phone when on my side the website was giving me a little light issue. They where able to pull up the information on for who and when with that I was able to get everything done. I'm excited to schedule a service soon for myself! Thank y'all !

Latasha did an excellent job of addressing my problem areas just like physical therapist honestly! We leave an hour and half away but I would absolutely consider doing a day trip to visit again!

She said she expresses to them that she doesn’t work, is 34 weeks pregnant , and would put 2.22 on the tip given we are in the middle of an apartment move and have other things to pay for given the due date is coming up and the front desk still went back and forth pressuring her to give more in a tip 3 times before she finally said ok put $10 on the tip. Need a refund or at least partial asap as my gender selection was not respected as well as her expression for grace on the tip.

The woman I spoke with was apologetic and tried to help, which I appreciated, but better internal communication and confirmation would have prevented this situation.

Madison was incredibly kind and welcoming; she walked me through everything and made the entire experience effortless and comfortable. Her customer service is outstanding. Aaron gave me an amazing massage that truly melted my stress away. The deep pressure and scalp massage were perfectly in tune with what my body needed—it felt as though his hands could intuitively read my body and deliver exactly the healing it required. I ended up signing up for a membership and look forward to visiting every month. I highly recommend NOW Massage.
