- AWAbe Whitesell4 days ago2.0I usually don’t write online reviews unless they are positive, but my experience was very poor, when asked what I wanted, I said a low skin fade and about a half inch off the top, whoever cut my hair (I didn’t get their name) asked no follow up questions, went straight to the clippers and gave me a zero about an inch over my temples, then she proceeded to not spray my hair with water, and cut 2-2.5 inches off in jagged cuts across my head, leaving pretty uneven spots all over my hair. The fade has a pretty sharp line, and it felt like my haircut was a race to see how quick it could be done, which was about 5 minutes. I now look like a jar head, which is whatever it’s just hair, but it wasn’t even close to what I asked for, and my face and body (and hers too!) was completely covered in hair. That being said, she was a pleasant person who I’m sure just had a bad day, but still my hairs chopped

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
