  What ever you do, avoid this place at all costs. I have never experienced something this unprofessional in my life. I went into Great Clips expecting a simple, clean haircut. Instead, during the cut, the assistant manager Kimberly’s hand literally slipped and she took a chunk out of my hair, leaving a noticeably short patch. Instead of stopping and addressing it honestly, she tried to “fix” it which only made things worse. What started as one mistake turned into an uneven, choppy mess. When I got home, I had someone I trust take a close look at it, and they confirmed what I already feared: it was completely botched. The sides are uneven, the blending is off, and there’s a very obvious short patch that cannot be hidden. This isn’t a minor imperfection it’s something I now have to live with until it grows out. The most frustrating part? When I called the store to address it, I was given a phone number to follow up and that number goes straight to a voicemail box that is completely full. So not only was my haircut ruined, but any attempt to resolve it feels like I’m being brushed off. Mistakes happen. I understand that. But accountability, professionalism, and basic follow-through matter. None of that was shown here. I now have to pay someone else to try and salvage what’s left of my hair. Extremely disappointing experience from someone in a management position. What ever you do, avoid this place at all costs.

  Amber always makes you feel welcome and is very attentive to what her customers needs are. Always has a great attitude and always does a great job. She is a great asset to your company and always welcomes you in the store and always thanks you for coming in. She needs to be a Hold Star employee

  Today I came to get a haircut, which is something I don't get very often because I feel like it's very difficult to find a hair stylist I like. I tried to think of it as a good day for me to get a haircut. I tried to show the picture on my phone that I wanted this style but the hair stylist didn't look or try to understand what I was trying to say. And then she cut my hair so badly that I was so upset because I had to live with this hair for a while until it grew back.
