So if you go. Ask for Kate or Ally. Beware of the horrible old lady. She literally told my daughter that her haircut was taking too long and didn’t finish it.

- LSLinda SchwoneJun 18, 20251.0Have been wanting a style similar to the first two photos. I went 5 days ago, got it cut but had an area on the back that wasn't laying right. I called a ducks tail. Went back today for a redo to blend that area. The original woman who cut it before was not there so I had another person. Explained that I want that area blended better. OMG! What a shock! I did not expect her to cut it that short. Photo 3 is not what I expected. I was not happy. The stylist was trying to explain why she cut it that way. Which was not helping the matter. Then another stylist came over to help blend the mess. At this point I'm horrified. Cutting more isn't making it better. I'm wondering if this was intentional. Do they do this to customers who ask for a redo so they won't come back? Look at photo 3,it's a mess. There is one spot at the bottom that looks like they cut a patch out. Unbelievable. Stay away from the pink haired butcher. It's been just over a week since I got my hair butchered. And the typical response from GC is to contact customer service to see if they can do anything to make it right. LIKE WHAT? Can ya put it back to the way it was? Why aren't YOU offering suggestions. EVERY FREAKING DAY I fight to try to style the back so it doesn't look like the mess I was left with. And I'm pissed and fuming the whole time. It's going to take MONTHS....6,8,10 MONTHS to grow out. So what do you think you should do to make it right. Are you going to take the license away from the Butcher? She obviously can't cut hair so a customer can style it. And she surely did not listen to what I asked. Just look at the pic and tell me that butcher is proud of that cut. Yes, I'm pissed. So tell me WHAT DO YOU THINK WOULD MAKE IT RIGHT.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
