That being said, my experience at Great Clips has been hit or miss. I guess it really comes down to who you get. I’ve had People do a good job of taking their time and having attention to detail and I’ve also been sheared like a sheep there. The worst case scenario led to going to another shop immediately after to have them fix it. Absolutely uncalled for. When you’re getting cashiered out, be prepared to review the tip amounts. I was surprised by how high they started, it might’ve started at 20 or 25% in one up from there. I feel like it’s a little presumptuous. It’s one thing of the service is terrific, but that hasn’t been my experience.
