I had the pleasure of meeting Kaitie today and she was AMAZING!! Right off the bat she introduced herself and she made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. As soon as I showed her the reference picture I had, she knew right away what to do and what I wanted. While cutting my hair, we had great conversation and she is very easy to talk to. Then, while styling my hair she explained everything she was doing, showed me how to style it myself for when I got home, recommended tools and products that were on the budget friendly side, and she even gave me more suggestions on how to care for my hair! She was the best, next time I go back I am going to have to see if I can request her lol. 1000/10 recommend!!
