It was my first facial at that, and I was super nervous because of my sensitive skin, but she did an amazing job at explaining each step and item she was putting on my face. The massage was amazing as well! I wish I could remember the names of the staff members as it was a year ago. They were kind and attentive throughout each experience. I would definitely visit them again.

The massage was amazing, but the facial not so much. The lady who did it said my skin was in bad condition (which I have gotten so many compliments since by other people who have given me several facials) and advised the face wash I currently used and routine was horrible to use and would make my skin worse. Then she pitched products to buy, which I was fine with, but when I went to pay after it she automatically included them in the price that I did not agree too. Several employees were around so I felt obligated to buy them and really didn't want to cause a scene or anything. I left there and threw the $50 products away and since then have still kept my same facial routine and look younger than most people my age🙂

We prefer appointments in advance. We do take walk-ins when our schedule allows.
Are there any age requirements for services?
Massage and esthetic services for minors are available according to the discretion of the parent/guardian. All minors must have a parent/guardian in the building during the duration of the appointment. We try our best to schedule minors with a same-sex provider if at all possible unless otherwise instructed by the parent/guardian. Parents/guardians will have intake forms sent to their email and be required to complete them.
Where is parking located?
Parking is behind the building. The entrance is in the front. There is a handicap ramp if needed.
What is the cancellation policy?
Same-day cancellations will result in a 50% charge. No-call no-shows will be charged 100% of the service.
How early should I arrive before my scheduled appointment?
To ensure that your appointment starts on time, please arrive 15 minutes early. This will give plenty of time for you to update any necessary forms, use the restroom, and relax in our waiting area before starting your appointment. Failure to arrive early to your appointment may result in a shortened service due to any necessary form updates.
