  TIRRIA was very rude. I came up to her and asked her “how are you” as she was checking me out. She asked me to put a phone number in and I said “can I skip that” because I just don’t shop here enough nor do I like getting texts or emails. Not a big deal. She looks at me very condescending and sarcastically says “well if you have a phone number I would like for you to put it in” speaking to me as if I was a child. When I said no thanks, again, she had an attitude because I didn’t want too. Definitely wouldn’t recommend her on the register. Not a good look for Sephora, where people are spending money. Needs a new team.

  Drove an hour for this appt for an event I was supposed to attend tonight. I say supposed to because my makeup was so bad I didn’t have enough time to get back and fix it. Angie did my makeup and did an absolutely horrible job. Not only did she start 20 minutes late, she use primer when I asked her not to, she told me it would be fine after I told her I didn’t want it after she put it on anyways. Then she continued to bring products (fenty) I specifically told her I didn’t want, but when I asked for a particular product, she couldn’t use it because it “wasn’t in her kit”. All of this just to do a horrible job on my makeup. It looks as if I’d had the make up on for days. I wiped it off right there in the store. I am absolutely horrified and don’t know when I’ll trust any artist at Sephora to do my makeup ever again.

  Yall let me tell yall a funny story. Now we know that Sephora hates minorities and always profiles us for stealing and stuff, but I’ve never had it happen to me so blatantly and so obviously. Immediately when we walk in we are greeted by this young man..ok all normal. We do our business and pick up makeup wipes and browse around the store as one does. Out of the corner of my eye I notice the young man appears in every section we go to, I brush it off hoping that I’m imagining it. But then a second employee joins in, a young woman, again I brush it off. But then my sister makes a comment saying that she has made eye contact with that young woman about 3 times. That’s when I realize I’m not imagining anything. Anyway…it made the trip very unpleasant and uncomfortable we felt rushed and very unwanted. Even towards the end the young woman appears blocking my way from products I wanted to browse. Guys if you’re gonna watch us at least don’t make it so obvious 😭😭. Definitely gonna be skipping Sephora from now and going to Ulta lol.

  Morgan had me spending coins and her perfume mix game is diabolical. She is a keeper the sweetest with her cute blue hair.All I can say is Mochi Milk. If you are wanting to elevate your scent game go check her out. I had such a great experience with her.
