She took her time, listened carefully, and made the whole process feel easy. Because of her, I finally found a shade that truly matches me. I also appreciated Billie, who chimed in with her opinion and helped confirm we were on the right track. Overall, such a positive, supportive experience. Victoria especially made a lasting impression, and I’m so grateful for her help!
