  Sarah is great!! She spent so much time with me and really made the salon experience fabulous. She is so sweet and really made sure that I was happy with the process and results of my haircut. Salon is clean and private, great place!

  Poor management. Stylist will just quit with no notice or follow up from the salon. It's a shame that people do not take pride in what they do. They are only focused on the money and not customer services. I should have known my patronage at this salon would not last long because stylist use this place like a "revolving door". Here today, gone tomorrow. There is no commitment through management which leads to no commitment from the stylist.

  I paid $130 for all over color, cut & style, and a mani-pedi after a $20 coupon. My color is nice, but the cut needs to be fixed and there was no style. It looked like I air dried it after getting out of the shower. You can't tell a pedicure has ever been done on my feet. And my nails. My poor poor nails. They are misshapen and discolored due to the nail file she used. The mani-pedi was very painful as well. The eyebrow threading was the best in Columbia, SC. The eyebrow threading was also the most expensive in Columbia, coming to $18 with 20% tip. I posted pictures. The pedicure is too embarrassing to even post. My toenails looked better before the $37 "pedicure."
