  DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON LADIES if you love and value your hair, DO NOT GO TO GREAT CLIPS EVER! Not just this location at Sandhills but ALL locations, these people while as nice as they are, they cannot cut a woman's hair at all! If I could give ZERO STARS I would!! I was there and I never once told the gal not to cut my hair so short that after we left I was in tears. The girl at this location is named ZOE AND ZOE RUINED MY HAIR, she never listened to what I was saying!! I simply told the gal my hair needed to be cleaned up and also told her the texture of my hair and what needs to be done such as texturizing. And she went rouge, she did what she wanted to my hair, she even said she cut her moms hair and her bangs too short!! She also cut my bangs so short that I have to wear a tiny clip because I hate how my bangs look. I cannot even describe the style of my hair as it is NOT a bob, it sorta looks like a combo of an old lady's short hair style and a pixie. Literally not a clue what style is on my head right now but O M G never going back to this great clips salon at Sandhills or any other great clips location!! So ladies DO NOT GO HERE EVER, they can cut men's hair great, and kids but ladies DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!!!! These stylists NEED BETTER TRAINING!!!

  I normally go to the hard scrabble location because of the friendly environment since I moved here 11 months ago, but I stopped at this location because I was at Lowe’s foods a few days ago and it was busy which isn’t the problem but when I walked in I did not see any people of color and being a black man I did feel a little uncomfortable. The wait was like 68 mins so I decided not to stay. This location should be more diverse. My son said he noticed the same thing when he came here over the past year and he didn’t realize there was on on hard scrabble and says now he will be transitioning to that location as well because is very diverse and the energy just feels better walking into that salon. Work on making sure every type of person can feel comfortable walking into all of your establishments. And the lady who was checking me in short with short reddish hair was very short and wouldn’t even look me in my face. So I just decided to leave.
