    Columbiana Center JC Penny, desperately needed a cut (and fix) since I had a horrible experience on a cruise getting a hair cut in June 2023. I made a same day appt online and wasn’t sure what to expect because I’ve never had my hair cut here. I saw Aliyah and she pretty much fixed me up better than before. I have long wavy hair (frizzy on humid/wet days!) Aliyah cut off several inches and now it’s much much better. Would definitely go see her again. Thanks.

    If I could give it a 0 I would. I will never go back to this salon. Dre is HORRIBLE and extremely unprofessional. I had a 3pm appointment to which I arrived at 2:50pm. He came up front about 3:20 to let me know he was going to fit me in. How is that when I had an appointment! I was not a walk in. I waited for an hour without even having my hair started. Still up front I left. As I was driving I decided to call and the stylist on the phone let me know that he wasn't in the salon as he had to go out and get color since he messed up someone's color. I asked to speak to the manager apparently there isn't one since she's on leave right now. Someone owes me for my wasted time and gas since I drove 30 minutes to literally sit in the lobby and not be attended to.

    I was surprised with childcare for the day, and was trying to find someone that would take me as a walk in. Aneshea, who was not even supposed to be there at the time and had a no-show client and could have gone home, stayed and took me as a walk in and gave me a fabulous cut and style.

    I sat waiting for someone to greet me, for 20 mintues and no one greeted me. Worst thing is I could hear them talking in the back about how slow of a day it is. Horrible service.
