Asked for a haircut (her hair is already short - so basically a trim) and to style it. They informed me that the haircut is $17.99 because she is a senior and the style is $65 on top of that. That doesn't even include a shampoo!! I then called corporate and they advised each franchise is individually owned and set their own prices and confirmed that those prices were accurate. I then had a friend call and ask how much a haircut and just a blow dry is and she was quoted the same price. That is seriously highway robbery!! The stylist, Amanda, asked the manager can I just blow dry it with a brush and the manager said, "absolutely not". What is wrong with people? It would have literally taken less than 5 minutes to dry her hair.

That’s good management. I’m sure anyone there would give a good haircut. However my fav is Lexi. She cuts my hair and trims beard perfect. Every time! Lexi cares that I’m pleased. She’s even offered a few tips to maintain during visits. There’s no doubt each of her customers receive the same service. And you see this throughout the shop. It’s the only place I will go.
