She was professional, friendly, and took her time to make sure everything was clean and sharp. You can tell she really cares about her work and her customers — she listened to what I wanted and made it happen perfectly. The shop was clean, everyone was welcoming, and the atmosphere was comfortable. If you’re looking for a great cut and great service, I definitely recommend asking for Octavia. I’ll definitely be back!
- CCChavis CruseOct 21, 20251.0I’ve been going to great clips for a couple years now and always have a great experience but at this location on hard scramble Road in Columbia, the stylist are so unprofessional and really do not know how to cut hair. As a customer I’m paying you to cut my hair And if you mess up, I have the right to correct you without you getting in your feelings and they’re always so quick to try to hurry up and just cut so they can get to the next customer very unprofessional location. Manager needs to look in to retraining her employees. I’m not the one to leave Google reviews. I have better things to do, but I am for this location because they truly need better stylist or needs to be trained better.
