  Been coming to this Downtown Sephora location for about 7 years. It's just okay. A lot of time products are sold out, which is somewhat understandable bc it's in a touristy area, but you think they'd get better at ordering products. The staff is somewhat nice, but also they tend to hoover instead of letting you enjoy your shopping experience. The main reason I shop here instead of a store like Ulta is simply because I don't drive and I live close by.

  Jessica is a gem! She devoted her time to help color match me, scan my skin, and give me recommendations to find my wedding makeup!

  Amazing experience!! Jessica / Jessie was the sweetest and extremely helpful! I was so flustered and lost on what concealer to get after loosing my favorite and she helped me pick the most perfect replacement. I couldn't be happier. She was so friendly and made me feel at ease even on this busy day where the store was packed. Couldn't recommend Jessica enough!

  I moved here two years ago and have found that all of the employees at this location are very kind and welcoming. I visited yesterday and was greeted by all of the staff, and Izzy helped me find exactly what I was looking for.

  Ran out of travel lotion (my fault) but why sell something only online? Rep couldn't even make suggestion on what I could get by with for a few days since the online only product is $$ and wouldn't have been rec'd in time.
