  Sara was wonderful when we went here to get my ears re pierced 12/10/25!! Everyone was so friendly and helpful and professional so clean too of course :)

  I debated whether or not to write this review, but after giving it some thought, I decided it was worth sharing my experience as a caution for others. I went to Rowen to get two piercings done — a forward helix and a tragus. I want to start by saying the studio itself is very clean, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, I had an issue with the forward helix piercing. The piercer only pierced through the skin and did not properly go through the cartilage, and the angle of the piercing was incorrect. As a result, it looked very uneven and almost like it was hanging on by a thread. After two days, I went back to have someone look at it because it clearly didn’t seem right. A different piercer examined it and confirmed that it had not been done correctly and needed to be removed. She was very kind and helpful while addressing the issue. I share this not to criticize the shop itself — it is clean and the staff are friendly — but to emphasize that experience and proper technique from the piercer are just as important as a clean environment. I have included 2 pictures of my before and my after getting the piercings done at a different place. You can see the back of the post sticking out on the first one but not the one done correctly. They did refund my money and switched out my jewelry after to help ease my stress.

  Got my nose pierced here and the nurses were so knowledgeable! The front desk staff were amazing and helped me pick out the right jewelry! Highly recommend and will be back

  I had such an amazing experience at Rowan for my piercings. From the moment I walked in, everything was super clean and organized, which immediately made me feel comfortable. Chelsea did my piercings and she was absolutely incredible. I was nervous in the beginning, but she calmed me down right away by talking with me and keeping the conversation going. She made me feel so safe and reassured throughout the whole process. I got two second earlobe piercings and a flat piercing, and the actual piercing process was so quick that I honestly did not even feel it. Chelsea was confident, gentle, and clearly knew exactly what she was doing. I also love that Rowan allows you to bring someone with you to hold your hand or watch you get pierced. That is not typically allowed in piercing shops, so I really appreciate that unique and thoughtful touch. Overall, I love love love my experience and I will definitely be coming back for more piercings. Highly recommend Rowan and especially Chelsea.
