They had the first hole pierced before I realized that they did not use the earrings we had asked for! The earring they used was at least 2x the size of what we had selected. I was shocked. They offered to start over / pierce a new hole, but there was no way I was going to convince my already nervous child to do that. I cannot believe we paid so much for such an awful experience.

What piercing placements do you offer?
Rowan offers lobe, upper lobe, mid helix, helix, forward helix, flat, conch and tragus, however, piercing placement availability may vary by studio location. We do not pierce the daith, industrial, nose or other body parts beyond the ears.

We are a cashless studio.
