- SWStephanie WagnerSep 22, 20251.0I called for a kid's cut pricing and was quoted $12. I asked if there was a wait and they told me no but the price was actually $18. When we arrived, the stylist was not knowledgeable about clippers but I was fine with a scissor cut. She seemed to have the hold right but completely butchered his hair and didn't know how to cut at all. I was walking her through how to cut his hair. I should have left with my son but was trying to be nice as I knew I would have to "fix" his hair when we got home. I'm not sure she was a licensed hairdresser. At the end, I was charged $20. None of the prices we discussed and when I asked, she said "that's the tax".... Lesson learned.

The stylist then came out to meet with me and reassured me that she could cut my hair on the following day. She took my name and number but never called me after her shift nor on the next day to schedule the appointment. I was also quoted a higher price in the salon ($40) than what's listed on their site ($28) and per my initial phone inquiry. There were so many red flags about this experience. I'm glad I didn't get a call back.
