- RTRobert Torrealba6 days ago1.0Came in here to get a quick cut and ended up waiting about 25 extra minutes than the app predicted. It is what it is. Things happen. The really frustrating thing was that the barber ended up shaving part of my eyebrow without asking. She took the ear trimmer to the space in between my eyebrows and just confidently shaved it as if my eyebrows were supposed to separated by the same thickness as her razor. Super frustrating as that was not necessary at all. Came in for a basic military cut to stay in regs and came out feeling embarrassed and ashamed. Hopefully this feedback can prevent someone getting the same treatment as it seemed like a trivial occurrence for the barber I had.

- BWBrian WhitsittJan 25, 20261.0Tried to get haircuts for two kids this weekend, checked them in online, there was a 75 minute wait so we parked right out front, shopped at other places in the same shopping center, let the kids play games etc. until about 10 minutes before our turn. We walked in right behind two walk-ins and noticed there were now 7 people in front of our kids on the waitlist, including the two walk-ins that confirmed they were walk ins and had not checked in online. The completely rude staff said they take people that are actually in there first. Wasted a good portion of our Saturday on these people, certainly won’t happen ever again. I suggest you don’t either.

Online Check-In becomes available five minutes after the salon opens. We accept Online Check-Ins up to the point where the estimated wait time is as long as the salon will remain open, or 30 minutes before closing time at the latest.

Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
