The same tech did my pedi and mani which I prefer. He did a great job being meticulous in every step and asking the host over when he noticed my natural nail growing past the previously applied acrylic which does not work well for the service I asked. The host recommended the better option and explained why clearly. Communication, attention to detail, and warm welcoming atmosphere all get 5 stars from me today. I look forward to coming back.

I have to say the new owner is 100% committed to excellent customer service and making things right. The technician I had this time was fantastic.
