Their policy has changed so that if you check in on-line and you’re first on the list, you are dropped from the waitlist after 30 minutes. This makes no sense; there is no negative to keeping it an hour as it was previously, since they serve the next person in line who’s in the store anyway. This dumb policy has cost them business, I’ll be going elsewhere from now on (the owner has the Buckwalter location as well). Thanks for reading.
