- TCTrinity CarterFeb 6, 20262.0This Wednesday, on February 4th, me and my mom decided to go to this location to get our hair cuts. We got there with about an hour left before closing. Things were going pretty well at first, until it got to the hair cuts. There was an older guy doing my mom’s hair, pretty sure his name was Charles, he made some really insensitive comments about my mom’s hair that made her cry. He then proceeded to try and rush my hair cut with the other stylist by rudely blurting out the time. I had mentioned before getting my hair done that I didn’t mind paying extra to get my hair dried. Well when that time came, the older guy said they weren’t going to do it because they were closing and was just being rude about it even after I said I didn’t mind paying extra for it. When it got to the payment part, he charged the both of us together $60 and then proceeded to go to his other colleague that he was only going to give her $5 for doing the shampoo, which is very unfair. He even took someone that was a walk-in first, when me and mom checked in 30 minutes beforehand and made it before the people walked in. Charles is very rude, insensitive, and selfish. He should not work here and should be fired. I think the other employee agrees because she seemed uncomfortable the whole time. This man needs to understand that this is a business and sometimes you might have to stay over just a few extra minutes to finish up with a customer, even though he had no say since he wasn’t doing anything, but just standing there. He is NOT going to get clients with that behavior and one day it will come to bite him back. So, for any other people that goes to this location, I would advise you to avoid this man, Charles, he is a white older man and with gray/white hair. Great Clips, please do better!
