- JBjoey bellMar 16, 20261.0This place is the worst. If you don't care enough about your hair to go somewhere better. Then just shave it. I have been going for a few months and it has been very bad each time. Some of them have an attitude about cutting hair the way you want it, but none of them know how to cut hair really. We all know great clips is bad. This is the last straw though. I had a young girl cut my hair. That disagreed with how I wanted it cut several times. I was nice about it and let her do some of it the way she wanted. She ended up leaving the back of my hair three different lengths, and it had a big wave in it. So I stopped by to get that fixed. A different young lady tried to fix it. She was very nice, but she cut all of the top of my hair shorter than if I would have just shaved it. With her fingers, not a comb. She didn't re shave the sides. So now I have paid for a hair cut. Tipped the first girl $8 and the second $7. So for $34 I had to go twice. To get the worst uneven haircut. The sides and back is longer than the top. It is ridiculously short for Scissors. My neckline in the back is really long too. Better save yourself the trouble on this place. Not recommended.

I went in with tangled hair because i wanted them to see what i deal with in hopes they could give me some advice.When the girl looked at my hair she said out loud, we can't do that, I'm thinking do what? She goes on to tell me that my hair is matted and she doesn't deal with matting, well I call them tangles not matted, but anyway she sends me back to the waiting area with a brush to brush the tangles out myself, which I did , but the fact that she called me out and everyone was staring at me was so embarrassing. I didn't mind brushing my own hair but I do mind the humiliation. I won't say her name because I don't want to embarrass her like she did me, I won't go back there again.

If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
