I tried to order through the app and it kept kicking me out, so when I called the Anderson SC location and explained the trouble I was having, she was kind enough to help me with no questions asked. I wish there were more people in customer service like Ryleigh. I had to call her back three times to add something I had forgotten and each time she was gracious, and happy to help me. Ryleigh was also very knowledgeable on all the products I asked her about and helped me pick out exactly whey I needed. Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
