She didn't let me look in the mirror the second time and rushed me out of the chair, I got home and OMG, she had my hair uneven and it was 1/2 an inch in some spots so I had to go have it fixed, now my hair is so short, the only thing she did right was not cut my bangs these new girls working there should not be allowed to work there, I am extremely unhappy, I will take a while before my hair grows out, I work in healthcare so people will see me and I am so embarrassed about my hair, I honestly don't know what to do

My mom was also wanting a haircut after she seen the great job done on my hair , well she unfortunately had a different employee whom did hers and she was not satisfied. The employee did an awful job on her hair and cut it extremely shorter than she had wanted and was also rude to her. Not only that but still charged her a $12 tip. A refund would be nice but can't correct what was done to her hair 😔
