I went in with tangled hair because i wanted them to see what i deal with in hopes they could give me some advice.When the girl looked at my hair she said out loud, we can't do that, I'm thinking do what? She goes on to tell me that my hair is matted and she doesn't deal with matting, well I call them tangles not matted, but anyway she sends me back to the waiting area with a brush to brush the tangles out myself, which I did , but the fact that she called me out and everyone was staring at me was so embarrassing. I didn't mind brushing my own hair but I do mind the humiliation. I won't say her name because I don't want to embarrass her like she did me, I won't go back there again.
